1. Agreement
These terms govern the use of OR², the business-operations platform operated by OR². By using the service, your business agrees to these terms.
2. Eligibility
The service is provided to registered businesses. Your workspace administrator provisions accounts for the people in your business who need access.
- Accounts are provisioned by your administrator, not by individual sign-up.
- Keep your credentials confidential.
- Activity carried out under your account is treated as your business's activity.
3. The service
OR² is a business-operations platform. It lets a business track stock, record purchases and sales, manage payments, keep ledgers, monitor cash flow and produce reports, all within a single workspace that is isolated to that business.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the service for lawful business purposes only.
- Do not interfere with, overload or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Do not attempt to access another business's workspace or data.
- Do not misuse data that belongs to another business or another person.
5. Your data and ownership
Your business owns its records. Everything you and your team enter, from products and bills to payments, ledgers and reports, belongs to your business.
OR² owns the platform: the service, its software and its trademarks. These terms grant your business the right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership of the platform to you.
6. Service availability
We operate the service on a best-effort basis and work to keep it continuously available. The counter is designed to keep billing offline; offline bills stay provisional until confirmed, and you should test this on your own devices and network. Planned maintenance is scheduled to avoid disrupting trading hours wherever possible.
The service is not offered with a specific uptime guarantee, and we do not claim one. No availability figure is published on this site.
7. Fees and access
Plan prices are listed on the pricing page (Basic and Pro monthly, with a 7-day free trial; Custom priced with you). No payment is taken on this website yet; how payment is collected will be added to these terms before billing starts.
The billing period, the payment terms, any advance paid and the treatment of an advance on cancellation are terms of your service agreement. They are to be set out by OR² before these terms take effect, and are summarised at cancellations and refunds.
8. Confidentiality and security
Each workspace is isolated to its business, and business records are never visible to, or shared with, another business. We protect data with encryption in transit, controlled access and least-privilege administration.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the records entered in your workspace.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OR² will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits or data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Suspension and termination
Your workspace administrator may manage, suspend or remove user accounts within your business's workspace.
When a business's use of the service ends, its business data is returned or deleted at the administrator's instruction. Deletion is complete, with no history and no footprints.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will give reasonable advance notice through the service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The exclusive forum for disputes, and the place of arbitration if any, are to be confirmed by OR² before these terms take effect.
